European media BasketNews reported that 43-year-old Carlos Delfino, a member of the golden generation of the Argentine men’s basketball team, officially announced his retirement.
The biggest achievement of Delfino's basketball career was to represent the Argentina national team and win the men's basketball gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics and the bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
He also has 8 years of experience in the NBA, playing for the Pistons, Raptors, Bucks and Rockets! In his NBA career, he averaged 8.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 0.9 steals per game.
