According to the Independent, former NBA star Chris Bosh and his wife were accused of being controlled to create an extremely harsh working environment, which led to the plaintiffs' frequent "debilitating panic attacks".
According to the obtained lawsuit documents, 34-year-old plaintiff Olga Kirpicheva said that her communication with Bosh's wife Adrian was basically full of "roaring", "screaming" and "insulting language".
Kirpicheva also accused Bosh of condoning her family members of continuing to harass her. She said that Bosh's relatives not only made sexual demands on her many times, saying explicit remarks such as "hungry and thirst" and "need to vent", but also used her crotch to make obscene moves. Bosh was accused of deliberately harboring the perpetrator until his basketball training camp coach committed sexual assault by fraudulently entering the plaintiff's hotel room.
The complaint states: "Defendant Chris Bosh has a close relationship with the basketball training camp coach who attacked the plaintiff," but the name of the suspected perpetrator was not disclosed.
