Germany defeated Finland 91-61 in the group stage of the European Championship. After the game, Banga, a German men's basketball team and former Lakers player, was interviewed by Magenta Sport and talked about Markkanen in this game.
"I hope he will have nightmares because of me when he comes home. I hope he can see me in his dreams," said Banga.
Markkanen currently plays for the Jazz, and Bonga currently plays for Bayern Munich Men's Basketball Team.
