According to British media Givemesport, Dortmund is preparing to offer Moore, but Tottenham does not want to sell it.

Moore's contract with Tottenham is two years away, with a weekly salary of £5,000. This leads Dortmund to see negotiations on the deal for the rest of this summer window as a great opportunity to introduce new attackers.

It is reported that Tottenham has always hoped to persuade Moore to renew his contract and stay in the club instead of going to Dortmund. Meanwhile, Tottenham plans to get Moore more in the preseason, but with Kudus joining, his position inside the team may decline, which has prompted some of his suitors to take the opportunity to test whether Tottenham is willing to negotiate.

Dotter is also considering an official offer for Moore now, and they hope that Tottenham will make a decision on the future of the players as soon as possible. Dortmund has contacted Moore's agent. They believe they can provide more first-team opportunities than Tottenham, which may be the key to attracting players' transfers.

Dorth Korea has not yet conducted formal negotiations with Tottenham at the club level, but is preparing for the first offer. If Dortmund hopes to reach a permanent transfer agreement, it is expected to encounter difficulties, so Dortmund may try to introduce Moore on loan first.

It is reported that Tottenham originally planned to provide Moore with a thicker new contract in May this year, but due to management changes and the strengthening of the lineup to prepare for the Champions League, they have not yet been able to make Moore nod and renew his contract.
