Dotter officially announced that 23-year-old goalkeeper Ramay joined Heidenheim on loan, with the lease period not including the buyout clause for one season.
Dotter sports director Kyle said: "Ramai has experienced a successful loan career in Copenhagen, and we are very happy that he has the opportunity to prove himself in Heidenheim. We all believe this decision is the right step for him and wish him success in Heidenheim."
In the second half of last season, Ramai played 19 games for Copenhagen, helping the team win the double championship in the league and cup.
