Barcelona's new jersey goes on sale this Wednesday and pays homage to the 3-0 victory over their opponents at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2005, as well as the goals scored by Eto'o and Ronaldinho in that unforgettable game.

FC Barcelona launches its fourth jersey this season to pay tribute to history and art. The club officially released this new official jersey to commemorate the most unforgettable classic battle in Barcelona's contemporary history - the glorious battle that they won 3-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on November 19, 2005.
On this day 20 years ago, the Barcelona men’s team presented a wonderful football feast to the world in the peak showdown with their old enemy. This game can be called one of the most exciting El Clasicos in recent years, and it also inspired the team to open a new chapter and the most glorious era in Barcelona's history.
The new jersey adopts vertically arranged Barcelona stripes, presenting a seemingly disordered visual effect, which is by no means random. The stripes were inspired by the flight of Barcelona's three goals that night - Eto'o scored the first goal, and Ronaldinho scored the next two goals. Three rings on the inside of the collar mark the goal times: the 14th minute, the 58th minute and the 77th minute. The outside is finished with the Catalan flag pattern. The shorts feature a maroon base with blue stripes on the sides.
The new jersey will be available from Wednesday 19th November through the club's e-commerce platform, the Barça Store and nike.com.
'Football is Art' campaign
To celebrate the perfect fusion of football, sport and fashion, the club released a video on its social media starring Rashford, Baldegui, Balde, Marc Bernal, Alessia, Aitana and Ona. In the video, the players enter the studio of a fictional artist, as a metaphor for the outstanding contribution that male and female stars have made to the club's history.
The video revolves around the concept that football can evoke moments that cannot be explained in words. Those goals are not only worth celebrating, they are worth remembering. They are created by athletes, as if they were spreading their masterpieces on the canvas of the court. And that national derby was not only a game, but also a declaration-"Football is art."
The video is full of elements of football and art, including Baldegui touching an object that looks like a canvas but feels like grass, Marc Bernal staring at the "More than a club" slogan made of lights, and Rashford pausing to admire a pair of replica sneakers in the display case - the same boots worn by hero Ronaldinho that night. The images were interspersed with clips of Brazilian stars scoring goals and clearly echoing the applause - another iconic moment from that wonderful night.
